Description
This species is common throughout the llanos in the Orinoco drainage rivers located in Portuguesa, Cojedes, Guarico, Apure, and Barinas States.
This species of corydora is a dwarf, and only reaches a max size of 1.4″, and make ideal tank mates for any fish that is not big enough to swallow them.
Like most Corydoras, these corydoras are foraging omnivores and will accept most sinking dried foods, as well as small live and frozen varieties such as bloodworms, tubiflex, and etc… as long as its small enough for them to consume.
