Description
The pygmy loach or also known as dwarf chain loach max size is around 2-2.5inches in length. Due to their semi- aggressive behavior it is recommended to keep them with other semi aggressive fish that can defend themselves. Make sure you don’t keep pygmy loaches with snails or shrimp as they will only be seen as food. This species is not a schooling fish but they like to stick together, a larger group can also limit aggression.
