Here you can view some photos of our set up and filtration system, we welcome anybody into our Showroom located in Glen Ridge New Jersey, you can see the hard work we put into Discus, and you can select the Discus you want to take home from more the 1000 of them in stock at all time.

The water for growing tanks is kept at 88', pH at 7.2, Hardness between 250 to 320 PPM.
75% of Water is replaced daily through a drip system. All Tank bottoms are siphoned twice a day and more aged water of same temperature is added.


Breeding tanks are kept at 86' , pH at 6.8, Hardness between 80 to 100 PPM. 50% of water is changed daily, and aged water is added.
To induce spawning, cooler water is added at times.

 

Our Discus are very healthy, however, after receiving your fish, we suggest a quarantine period of two weeks before adding them to your main Aquarium. We will provide all information needed, to keep your new Discus Happy.

At our Showroom, we run 400 gallon systems, each one is set up with a large biological filtration unit & Hydro sponge filters on each holding tank.
